WindowTabs v650 – MPT

WindowTabs attaches a small tab to the top of each window on your desktop. The tab is positioned above the top left corner for normal windows and is centered for maximized windows. The tab displays the icon and title of the window it’s attached to.
Dragging a Tab
When you click and drag a tab, the window shrinks and becomes translucent which makes it easier for you to see where you are dragging the window.
Combining Windows into Groups
Combine windows together into groups by dragging one tab over another. Grouping your windows together makes them easier to manage because you can move, size, minimize and maximize the entire group instead of having to manage each window by itself.
Maximizing and Restoring Windows
Maximize a window by dragging its tab to the top of the screen. Restore a window by dragging its tab downwards from the top of the screen. If you have a multi-monitor system, this makes it easier to move maximized windows between monitors.
Reordering and Removing Windows
Reorder windows by dragging a tab to the left or right. Remove a window from a group by dragging its tab out of the group.
Switching Between Windows
Switch between windows by clicking on a tab or by using the “CTRL+TAB” key combination. The Windows© taskbar displays the icon and text for the active window within a group.
